Four AI steps that lift only the text
Every page runs through four AI steps, with all pages processed in parallel. The subprocessors and what each step handles are identical to what we disclose in our Privacy Policy.
Text recognition (OCR)
Reads the characters and their coordinates from the page image (Azure Document Intelligence).

Graphic classification
Tells text apart from figures and illustrations, selecting only the text that is safe to remove (Vertex AI Gemini).
Sent: page image / Returned: graphic regions (which text may be removed)
Background restoration
AI naturally fills in the areas where text was removed (RunPod, image inpainting).

Style estimation & re-placement
Estimates color, size and position, then re-places the text into the PPTX as editable text.
