Can I start without a credit card?

Yes. The Free plan requires no credit card and includes 5 free pages per month plus a 5-page watermark-free sign-up bonus (no expiry).

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. You can cancel anytime from the Plan & Billing page. Canceling stops future charges, and you keep full access until the end of the period you've already paid for.

When are pages consumed?

Pages are only consumed for successfully converted pages. Pages that failed to convert are not consumed (never charged).

What happens to my uploaded PDFs?

The original PDF is deleted immediately after processing. Edit data is permanently erased after your plan's retention period (limits — Free & Light: 7 days, Standard/Team: 30 days; defaults are Free 1 day / Light 3 days / Standard & Team 7 days, adjustable from 1 day up to the limit on the settings page).

Can I buy page packs at any time?

Yes — on every plan, including Free (Team members cannot purchase; billing is owner-only). Packs stay valid for 90 days from purchase; on paid plans they are used after your monthly pages, and on Free before them, always starting with the closest expiry.

Need more than 30 seats, purchase-order / bank-transfer procurement, or security questionnaire support? Contact us for an individual consultation. Enterprise contracts are offered as annual contracts (1 year or longer) only, paid upfront by bank transfer (individual quotes, equivalent to ¥30,000+/mo on annual billing). Bank-transfer invoicing is currently available for companies in Japan only; overseas customers can scale with the card-based Team plan (up to 30 seats).

Our processing platform has been validated with load tests totaling over 10,000 pages — from a 600-page simultaneous burst (30 concurrent users) up to 1,200-page saturation — and has converted 1,000+ pages in production (as of July 2026, measured internally; this is not an SLA — uptime and processing times are not guaranteed).
